Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your item arrives safely.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, we offer free exchanges for approved requests.
Customers are only responsible for the return shipping of the original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@golibeast.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
