At Golibeast, we understand that sometimes plans change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to assist our customers before orders are processed and shipped. 

Cancellation Window 
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped. 
  • If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may still be eligible for return under our Return & Refund Policy. 
How to Request a Cancellation 

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at:

  • Subject line: Order Cancellation Request 

We recommend emailing us within 12 hours of placing your order for the best chance of cancellation before fulfillment. 

Approved Cancellations 
  • If your cancellation is approved and your order has not shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. 
  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. 
Late Cancellation Requests 
  • If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. 
  • You may still return the item after delivery by following our standard return process. 
Important Notes 
  • Custom or final-sale items may not be eligible for cancellation. 
  • We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests that fall outside our policy window.
